How to order

It’s easy - just place your order on our website. Browse our online shop day and night and add the items you would like to order into the shopping basket. Click the item once to see it in more detail and to view the size options and availability.
Then simply click checkout to check your order and provide the necessary payment and delivery details.

Changing or cancelling an order

Please contact us as soon as possible. An order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been despatched.

Delivery

Orders placed by noon Monday to Friday will usually be despatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day. Most orders will arrive to you within 2-3 days. All orders are sent by Royal Mail. At busy times please allow 7-10 days to receive goods or use our next working day service for urgent deliveries (UK only).

Out of stock items

We try to maintain stock levels at all times and most items which show an out of stock sign will be available again within 3 weeks or so. However some items are limited stock so may not be repeated in a season - so it’s best to grab things you like when they are available.

Returns policy 

We hope you love your Toby tiger products but if you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to refund or exchange any item purchased via our website within 21 days of purchase. Delivery charges are non-refundable - but if you exchange a size we will send your replacement by Royal Mail free of charge (UK only). Please enclose your order number or receipt as we cannot issue a return without this.

We can only issue refunds to the purchaser. Returns must be unused and in re-saleable condition with the swing ticket still attached. We recommend that goods are returned using Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

You should receive your refund/credit/cheque or exchange (when in stock) within 7 working days. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.

Please note any sale/reduced items will not be returnable or refundable.
