No-quibble returns

Thanks for ordering with us. More likely than not, you’ll love your items! But, if there’s any reason you’re not happy with your order, then we’re not happy either. That’s why we offer fuss-free returns on all our items. Yay!

For straightforward returns, you just need to make sure of a few things so that we can get to work and sort out your refund.

  • Clothes need to be unworn and unwashed, with all the right labels and packaging.
  • Books and toys need to be in their original condition and unused, with any packaging still intact.
  • Fill in the returns form that came with your package, so we know where it’s come from. Lost the form? No worries - get another one here.
  • Check the date! We accept returns on full-price items within 28 days and returns on sale items within 14 days. As long as everything’s fine and dandy, you’ll get your money back within 14 days on the same card you paid for the order with.

UK customers

It’s super easy to send your items back using our handy Royal Mail returns portal where you can quickly print off a returns label. You can then simply drop your package off to your local Post Office and then track it all the way back to us. There’s no upfront charge for this but when we sort out your refund, we’ll need to deduct £3 to cover for it.

Of course, you can send your item to us using another delivery service at your own cost. Don’t forget to fill out the returns form that came with your order and be sure to get proof of postage. If we don’t receive your return, we won’t be able to give you a refund. Sorry!

International customers

You can return your item/s using any delivery method you like. Don’t forget to fill out the returns form that came with your order and be sure to get proof of postage. If we don’t receive your return, we won’t be able to give you a refund. Sorry!

Faulty items

Please let us know if something’s gone wrong. It’s rare but it can happen from time to time. Please email us at info@tobytiger.com and tell us the problem. We’ll then be in touch to tell you how we’re going to fix it.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange something for, say, a different size, the best thing to do is to buy the item again and return the original one to us in the same ways we’ve listed above.

If you bought something from our Brighton shop, just head back within 28 days (or 14 days if it’s a sale item), along with your unused items and receipt. We can sort it out for you straight away.
