4. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. In a large pot, bring 10 cups of water and baking soda to a rolling boil.

7. Boil each pretzel in the water mixture for 30 seconds, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
