International Shipping: DDU and DDP Options
When you order from outside the UK, you’ll see two delivery options at checkout. Here’s what they mean:
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
All import duties and taxes are calculated and included in your order total at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay, with no extra charges when your parcel arrives.
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
Duties and taxes are not included at checkout. Your local customs authority or courier may charge these when your parcel arrives, and you’ll be responsible for paying them before delivery. Amounts vary by country, so please check your local customs rules if you’re unsure what may apply.
Which should I choose?
If you’d like certainty over your total cost, choose DDP. If you’re happy to settle any customs charges locally, DDU may suit you.
Please note that any duties, taxes or handling fees charged by customs or couriers on DDU orders are outside our control and are not included in our shipping rates or refundable by us.
