Do you send orders to countries outside of the UK?
Yes, that’s not a problem! We send lots of parcels to most parts of the world. If there are any problems with your location, though, we’ll let you know.
How much is delivery?
It all depends on how quickly you’d like your order and where it’s going to! We’ve put together a range of options to suit you – check out our delivery info.
I’m buying a gift, can it be sent straight to someone else?
Absolutely. Simply click on 'add a new address' at the delivery page during checkout and type in their details. If you want to send your item gift-wrapped, we can take care of that too! The gift will be beautifully wrapped in our premium quality wrapping paper and will be accompanied by a card with your gift message printed inside.
Which payment methods can I use?
Lots – and we make sure it’s safe and secure too. You can pay with your credit or debit card, PayPal, or Toby Tiger gift vouchers as part or full payment. Sorry, we don’t accept American Express. If you have any problems or questions about payment, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sort it out.
How can I tell if something will fit?
You can find a handy reference in the ‘size guide’ tab listed with each item. But if it’s general sizing info you’re after, check out this guide.
What’s the best way to wash Toby Tiger clothes?
Our clothes wash really well at 30 degrees - and it’s less of a hit to the environment too. But don’t forget to check the care label on your items to be sure of any particular instructions. Oh, and because our clothes are made from 100% cotton, they’re not really on friendly terms with the tumble dryer. Steer clear!
Do I need the backing of the applique on the inside of my garment?
The thin backing on the inside of the applique may come off after a few washes, but don’t worry! It’s totally normal and won’t affect the quality or comfort of your clothes.
How do I return an item?
We offer no-fuss returns because we know that sometimes you’ll need to send something back to us. We won’t hold it against you! Head on over to our dedicated page to follow our easy returns process.
Where do you make Toby Tiger clothes?
A lovely family-run factory in India is dedicated to manufacturing our clothes. Under the GOTS certification, the factory is checked to make sure workers have a safe and clean environment and that they’re paid fairly.
So, what does GOTS mean?
Help save the planet, go organic! GOTS stands for Global Organic Textiles Standard and it’s the leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibres. There are loads of things that GOTS does to prove that organic clothes have been made to an ethical and environmentally friendly standard. Here are a few key things:
- GOTS makes sure that anyone claiming their cotton is organic actually is! GOTS follows the cotton manufacturing process from A to Z. This means GOTS audits the people picking the cotton in the field, to the factory making the clothes and all the way to our head office team. So, when you see the GOTS certification on our Toby Tiger clothes, you can be sure that our lovely suppliers comply with GOTS organic, social and ethical standards. Yay!
- It’s very important to us that happy workers make our happy clothes. GOTs checks factories to make sure workers are have a safe and clean environment, as well as paid a fair, living wage.
- Clothes certified by GOTS aren’t allowed to contain any allergenic or toxic chemicals – so it’s kinder to even the most delicate skin. GOTS bans chemicals that can cause illnesses, and pollutants that can harm eco systems. This makes farmers and factory workers happier, as well as our planet. A big deal for us.
- GOTS-certified factories need to show how much water and energy they use to manufacture their cotton. GOTS puts targets and practices into place to help lessen the load.
