Swirl and twirl among the stars in this fab and floaty organic skater dress. Made from super soft 100% certified organic cotton featuring long sleeves, it'll keep little ones warm all winter. We've added neck poppers on sizes 6-12 months and 1-2 years for fuss-free changing.
